Welcome . . .To Central Duplicating Services home page. Central Duplicating Services (CDS) is a centralized printing facility for state agencies and departments. Besides printing and duplicating services, other services provided are graphics design and layout, finishing services such as folding, numbering, collating, spiral and comb binding, and padding, CD-DVD burning, VHS conversion to DVD, Laminating, mailing and document shredding and media destruction. CDS is located in the basement of the Judicial Wing on the State Capitol Complex. Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
