Central Duplicating Services -
This operation was established to provide a centralized printing facility
to provide departments and agencies with economical and efficient printing
services. The staff consists of technical production staff. The production
consists of pre-press, pres, and bindery operations. The office operation
is responsible for administration, accounting, billing, and clerical work.

Central Supply -
This operation was established to provide a centralized distribution center
for office and paper supplies. Convenience and competitively priced merchandise
provide agencies with services that are cost efficient. ND Century Code Section
54-44-04.
State Procurement Office -
The Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement, is the central authority
for procurement for all state agencies not exempt by statute. State Procurement's
Rules and Policies have been established to ensure fair treatment to all suppliers
through the competitive bidding process in order to obtain the best value
for the taxpayers of the state. ND Administrative Code Sections 4-03-01 through
4-03-15 & ND Century Code Sections 54-55-04, 44-08-02, 46-01-01,
54-44-09, & other laws as contained in the ND Century Code.
State Surplus Property -
State Surplus Property is responsible for the acquisition and disposition
of federal and state surplus property by administering the necessary policies
and procedures. The Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949
(Public Law 94-519) as amended, authorizes the General Services Administration
to allocate federal surplus property to state agencies for Surplus Property
(SASP). ND Century Code Section 54-55-04.6
