NORTH DAKOTA PAROLE BOARD
The members of the North Dakota Parole Board are appointed by the Governor for a term of three years. During the Fifty-Sixth Legislative Assembly the Parole Board was expanded from three to six members. The members are as follows:

Although there are six members, only three serve at each monthly parole board meeting.

* Pardon Advisory Board Dates: April 7, November 10.
** Note there are two parole board meetings scheduled for June and two for August. This is due to the way July 4th and Memorial Day fall on the calendar. The meeting on June 28-29 will actually be the July board meeting and the meeting on August 30-31 will be the September board.
