Who we are: The North Dakota Prevention Resource Center (PRC) is a clearinghouse and library providing free materials and resources regarding substance abuse prevention and mental health topics. The Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services' Prevention Resource Center maintains a large library of written and video materials covering a wide range of topics in mental health, substance abuse, aging, and disabilities. Items are loaned to any citizen of North Dakota free of charge.
