Events

The North Dakota Mental Health and Substance Abuse Planning Council meets four times per year to discuss and plan mental health and substance abuse services. The meetings are scheduled and open to the public as follows:

Meeting Dates

  • November 14, 2014: Teleconference meeting from 1 to 3 p.m. Can be accessed at the following locations:
    • Bismarck: Prairie Hills Plaza, Prairie Rose Room, 1237 W. Divide Ave., Suite 1C
    • Fargo: Southeast Human Service Center, Red River Room, 2624 Ninth Ave. SW
    • Grand Forks: Northeast Human Service Center, Room 534, 151 S. Fourth St., Suite 401
    • Jamestown: N.D. State Hospital, Room 322, 2605 Circle Drive
  • December 11, 2014 (1-5 p.m.) and December 12, 2014 (8 a.m. – Noon)

Public Comments On The State Plan

The N.D. Department of Human Services accepts written comments on the 2014-2015 Combined Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant Application at any time.
