EHR Provider Incentive Payment Program

Under federal legislation commontly referred to as the Recovery Act, certain providers (doctors, dentists, nurse practitioners, and certified nurse midwives) and facilities (PPS, Critical Access, IHS, and Children's Hospitals) may be eligible for Medicaid incentive payments for moving toward electronic health record and meaningful use effective January 1, 2011.
