The North Dakota Department of Human Services is soliciting comments regarding the Federal Fiscal Year 2009 Part C Application. (156kb pdf) Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act addresses services for children birth to 3 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 PM (Central Daylight Time) July 17, 2009. Written comments may be mailed to: Debra Balsdon, 1237 West Divide Ave, Suite 1A, Bismarck, ND 58501. E-mail comments will also be accepted until 5:00 PM (Central Daylight Time) July 17, 2009 dbalsdon@nd.gov .
