The North Dakota Outgoing Interstate Center (NDOIC) is responsible for providing services in cases where the obligor lives in another state, and we have asked the child support enforcement program in the other state to assist us. NDOIC is operated by the Grand Forks Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit and is staffed by workers whose sole responsibility is to provide services on these outgoing interstate cases. Cases are assigned to caseworkers according to the state that is assisting NDOIC with enforcement.
