Lien Registry

The child support Lien Registry will be implemented on March 1, 2012. The Lien Registry is under development and, as information about the Lien Registry is available, it will appear on this Web site. Although the Lien Registry is authorized under state law (114.49kb pdf), as of January 1, 2012, no liens will be claimed under the Lien Registry between January 1, 2012, and February 29, 2012.
