Q. I haven't received a payment for several months. How do I go about having the child support money taken out of the non-custodial parent's paycheck?

A. If you have a case with a Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit, you will need to contact that Unit. If you do not have a case with a Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit, you will need to contact the Income Withholding Issuance Center or the Clerk of Court. They will assist you with enforcement issues on your case.
