Alternatives to Abortion Services - Participant Rights
Right to Request Alternative ProviderIf a woman objects to the services given by the provider, the woman has the right to go to another approved provider.
Providers May Not Discriminate
Non-Discrimination in Federally Assisted ProgramAn approved provider may not discriminate against a client on the basis of religion, a religious belief, a refusal to hold a religious belief, or a refusal to actively participate in a religious practice.
