The Client Assistance Program (CAP) works with clients and applicants of North Dakota Vocational Rehabilitation, Tribal 121 Vocational Rehabilitation Projects, and Independent Living Centers. CAP will safeguard your rights, answer your questions, and advocate for you. Advocacy services include:
- Information and Referral,
- Negotiation,
- Mediation, and
- Assistance with a Fair Hearing.
