Partnerships Program for Children's Mental Health
Available to children who have a serious emotional disorder, this program coordinates and provides individualized services for eligible children and their families. Using a team of community partners, it builds parent-professional partnerships to enhance networking and service coordination and to reduce out-of-home placements.
