Q. How long will it be before someone sees me?
A. On average, your initial (admission) appointment will be scheduled within three working days. The wait time may be longer for a specialty service. The center responds to crisis situations the same day and responds immediately to emergency situations.
Q. Is the information I share confidential?
A. Northwest Human Service Center will not release any personal information about a client (either verbal or written) without a client's permission except when required to do so by law.
Q. What will it cost me to receive services?
A. Charges are based on family income and family size. When an individual has health insurance, Northwest Human Service Center will bill his or her insurance company. Any unpaid balance may be the responsibility of the individual. No one is denied service because of inability to pay. Some services are offered at no charge.
