County Program Supervision: Lake Region Human Service Center
The North Dakota Department of Human Services is responsible for ensuring that local county social service agencies comply with state and federal policies while providing human services to the public.
At Lake Region Human Service Center, a regional representative of county social services supervises the following services:
- Adult and family foster care
- Child care licensing of preschools, child care centers, family providers, group providers
- Respite care/wrap around services for at-risk children
- Family preservation services
- Child protective services
