Admissions/Crisis Response
This admissions unit provides crisis and emergency services including:
- Admission and triage
- Prescreening for voluntary and involuntary admission to the North Dakota State Hospital
- Emergency services
- Consultation and referral
For Mental Health Crisis Needs:
- During business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), clients in crisis may be seen on a walk-in basis, or they may call (701) 227-7500 or Toll Free at (888) 227-7525
- If Emergency after business hours, clients may call at (701) 225-5009.
