Leadership Development Program

Under the direction of Executive Director Carol K. Olson, the N.D. Department of Human Services has established a program to help support the development of future leaders within the department. It is modeled after private sector initiatives, and will introduce participating employees to a variety of programs and services within the department while supporting the development of teamwork, communication, project management, and other leadership skills. The next session begins in January 2010.

Employees with an interest in developing their leadership skills and knowledge of the Department are encouraged to apply. See details below.
