Coronavirus (COVID-19) Housing and Homeless Services

Resources for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

WORKING TOGETHER - During the COVID-19 emergency, North Dakota's Department of Human Services, Department of Commerce, Department of Labor and Human Rights, Housing Finance Agency, Department of Health, Department of Emergency Services, and the Bank of North Dakota have been working together to make sure the state has a good strategy for addressing housing and homeless needs that have grown as a result of the pandemic.

They are working together with local private sector partners to help people who are experiencing housing crisis find their way through it. And with the private sector housing market to do what we can to help ensure that the housing market in North Dakota will be strong and ready to serve not only during the COVID emergency but well beyond. It’s essential that we pay attention to housing if we want to continue to grow North Dakota’s economy.
