4th Annual Clinical Forum on Mental Health:  Turning Knowledge into Practice

Background:
This professional development and educational opportunity is intended for professionals, consumers, and individuals interested in mental health services. Attendees typically include licensed addiction counselors, licensed professional counselors, nurses and other healthcare providers, social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Registration:
If you register by May 5, 2008, your fees are as follows:

Pre-Conference	$45
Two-Day Forum	$130
Wednesday only	$75
Thursday only	$75
Full-time Student Two-Day Forum	$50

Add an additional $25 if registering after May 5.  Download a registration form to mail in at www.conted.und.edu/clinicalforum.  Secure, online registration will be available soon.
