Save the Date - First Annual N.D. Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference - Oct. 20-22, 2014 - Ramada Bismarck Hotel, Bismarck, N.D. More information will be posted about the conference on the Autism ND webpage.
Dec. 3, 2013 - To allow for tribal notification (60 days) and public comments, as well as the minimum of 90 days that Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has to review and approve the waiver changes (for a total of 150 days), it is anticipated that the new Autism Spectrum Disorder waiver will have an effective date of June 1, 2014.
Oct. 28, 2013 - The Autism Spectrum Disorder waiver renewal was accepted by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Oct. 25, 2013.
Autism Spectrum Disorder Waiver (effective 11/01/2010) - Based on the 2013 legislative session, changes to this waiver cannot take effect until on or after Jan. 1, 2014, AND will require approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
