BISMARCK, N.D. -- The N.D. Department of Emergency Services (NDDES) maintains an on-call public information officer (PIO). Primary contact for the PIO is through a designated media cell phone. This dedicated telephone line is available 24-hours, seven days a week. To ensure current incident information activity and any response of state resources, all media requests/inquiries need to be directed through the media cell phone.
