N.D. Disaster Act

The N.D. Disaster Act is listed as § 37-17.1 of the N.D. Century Code and serves as the legal authority for the N.D. Department of Emergency Services (NDDES). It also identifies specific roles authorized by the Governor in the event of an emergency or disaster. The N.D. Century Code is the codification of all general and permanent laws enacted since statehood. The N.D. Century Code consists of 65 titles, generally arranged in alphabetical order.
