Governmental and Technical Assistance
The Governmental/Technical Assistance programs within the North Dakota Division of Community Services (DCS) include the North Dakota Building Code program, the State's Third Party Inspection program for modular housing, and the North Dakota State Administrative Agency program relating to manufactured (Mobile) homes.
These programs are intended to foster community redevelopment, safe and secure housing and commercial structures, and accessible public and private facilities.
Other programs related to this area of DCS are the State Data Center, the State Single Point of Contact (Intergovernmental Review) program, and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
