How do I purchase vouchers?
CompTIA has partnered with two international testing organizations, Thomson Prometric and Pearson VUE, to sell vouchers and deliver CompTIA certification tests.
To purchase vouchers from Thomson Prometric: Contact the voucher team by phone at 1-800-616-3926 or by email at vouchers@prometric.com. You may pay using a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa), or you may apply for a line of credit. If you do not have a pre-approved credit account, you may obtain an aplication for credit through the voucher team.
To purchase vouchers from Pearson VUE: Contact the voucher team by phone at 1-800-869-4101 or by email at pvamericavouchers@pearson.com. You can also visit www.vue.com/comptia to access a voucher order form. You may pay for your VUE vouchers using a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa), check, or you can establish a line of credit with Pearson VUE.
When ordering vouchers, be sure to identify your organization as a CompTIA E2C member. All voucher purchase orders must designate the E2C name and number.
