Registration Deadlines and Fees
Payment must be received to be considered registered.
No-shows will be assessed the registration fee.
Purchase Orders will not be accepted.
- Early Bird: $40 for registration completed between April 1 and July 14, 2008
- Regular: $50 for registration completed between July 15 and July 29, 2008
- On-site: $80 for registration completed at the conference
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 25, 2008.
