Opening and Saving PowerPoints

To Open a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation:

  1. If you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer you may download a free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer which will enable you to view PowerPoint presentations. The Viewer is obtainable from the Microsoft web site.
  2. When you click on the link for the presentation, the browser will open the document automatically in the browser.

To Save a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation:

  1. Right mouse click on the link for the presentation and select Save Target As, or
  2. Click on the link to open the document in your browser. Then click on File, Save As to save the document to your hard drive.
