Occupational Outlook Handbook
An online handbook that tells you the training and education needed, earnings, expected job prospects, what workers do on the job, and working conditions for hundreds of different types of jobs. In addition, the handbook gives job search tips, links to information about the job market in each state, and more.

U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
The principal fact-finding agency for the Federal Government in the broad field of labor economics and statistics. Reports and other products cover a broad range of topics including the U.S. labor market, economy, and society.

ND Education and Training Projections
Job Service North Dakota report of long-term employment projections and occupations in which job openings are expected to occur. See pages 37-39 for a listing of occupations ranked by typical entry-level education.

ND Registered Apprenticeship Program
Registered Apprenticeship provides training for people in a variety of occupations that require a wide range of skills and knowledge. It is an ideal way for employers to build and maintain a skilled workforce. Registered Apprenticeship combines supervised and paid, on-job training with technical classroom studies in subjects related to the apprentice's chosen occupation.
