The Central Services Division manages five programs:
Central Duplicating Services provides state agencies with economical and timely printing services, including graphic design, mailing, finishing (folding, numbering, collating, binding), CD/DVD burning, VHS conversion, laminating, and mailing.
Central Supply offers state agencies a wide variety of cost-efficient office and paper supplies from a centralized location in the State Capitol.
State Procurement establishes procurement guidelines and training, administers state term contracts, and provides online information about current state government bid opportunities.
State Surplus Property acquires state and federal surplus property, and distributes it to state agencies, political subdivisions, eligible nonprofit entities, and the public. See the online listing of available property.
Vendor Registry manages the state's Vendor Database and Purchasing Module (agency interfaces, security setup, purchase orders, requisitions, receipts, and reconciliation), and 1099 reporting for all state agencies.
