The North Dakota Ukrainian Festival is an annual festival that takes place in Western North Dakota around the 3rd week of July. This festival has been going strong for over 25 years and proudly features authentic Ukrainian cuisine, arts, dance, music and history
The main events of the festival include performances by the Ukrainian Dancers Stepovi and the students of the Ukrainian Summer Camp, meals featuring authentic Ukrainian cuisine (pyrohy, holubtsi, beet leaf bread, borscht, etc.), displays of Ukrainian arts, educational presentations on Ukrainian history and culture, as well as a lively evening Zabava with a live Ukrainian band and formal dinner.
