The Grand Cities Children's Choir will present its fourteenth annual Spring Concert on Saturday, April 16th at 3:00 PM in the Choirs' new performance home, the Chester Fritz Auditorium. The Concert will feature over two hundred Choir singers in four Choirs. This year's performance theme is "I Hear America Singing" and the Spring Concert will feature many patriotic songs, some that will be performed in venues in and around Washington DC as the Choir tours there next Spring. The Concert will also feature a couple of Choir and Community favorites, "Omnia Sol" and "S'Wonderful", performed by Primo Voce, the Choirs ninth-grade ensemble. There is no charge for admission to the Concert, but the Choir is asking that each adult consider donating a non-perishable food item as you enter the door to be shared with those in our Community who are in need. There is plenty of seating at the Fritz, so please join GCCC Directors Melanie Popejoy, Danielle Larson, Ruth Ann Tuseth, and Elizabeth Vert for a very entertaining and family-friendly performance by the singers in the Grand Cities Children's Choir.
We strengthen the creative capacity of North Dakota for all who live or visit here: honoring our cultural traditions, empowering excellence and innovation, inspiring arts and culture opportunities for all.
