Institutional Support

The Institutional Support program is designed to benefit artists, arts organizations, and the general public. The program provides general support for local arts councils and other non-profit organizations that provide artistic performances, exhibitions, publications, classes, workshops, and special events in all arts disciplines. This is a three-year grant program with applications accepted again in 2010.

Intent to Apply Deadline

  • All applicants must submit a letter stating their intent to apply no later than January 15, 2007 (postmark). Letters must be printed on either the applicant organization’s letterhead or e-mailed directly to the NDCA jwebb@nd.gov.

Staff Review Deadline 

  • Staff review deadline is February 15, 2007 for any applicant desiring that NDCA staff review the application before final submission. Staff will review all applications, but will no longer contact organizations regarding corrections to or incompleteness of applications submitted after February 15.

Grant Application Deadline

  • Applications must be submitted on or before March 15, 2007 for projects taking place in the upcoming triennium (July 1, 2007- June 30, 2010).

  • Applications submitted after March 15 will not be accepted. No faxed applications or materials will be accepted.

How to Apply:

  1. Go to http://northdakota.cgweb.org, review the application instructions and enter your profile information, if you have not yet done so (you only need to enter your profile information one time). Then click on "Current Programs & Applications" to access the Institutional Support grant.
     
  2. Complete required online application pages.
     
  3. Mail the signed "Grant Application" page along with five (5) copies of any Support Materials you are unable to upload to:

    Bismarck, ND 58503
