Integrity Jazz Festival presents “An Evening of Jazz”;a modern take on the classic hot clubs!

Dutch violinist Tim Kliphuis and Minnesota guitarist Sam Miltich team up for a national tour introducing their new "Duets" album at the 9th Annual Integrity Jazz Festival, April 15th 2016, 7 PM  at Ann Nicole Nelson Hall.

STARS & STRIPES- 3rd Annual Heritage Gala

 

Get your tickets now for the Lake Region Heritage Center's 3rd Annual Heritage Gala on Friday, April 22nd.  This year's theme is "STARS & STRIPES."  Social hour begins at 6:30pm and dinner will be served at 7:30.  Participate in the wine pull and the live and silent auctions.  There will also be entertainment.  Military uniform and war time era (1940s) dress is encouraged.  Tickets are $50.00 per person, and are available at the Lake Region Heritage Center.  For more info, call the Lake Region Heritage Center at 662-3701.  We hope you can join us!

Minot State University Art Faculty Biennial Art Exhibit

The Minot State University Art Faculty Biennial Art Exhibit opens this evening, February 29, with a reception from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Hartnett Hall Gallery (second floor). Artists exhibiting are: Susana Amundarain, Micah Bloom, Andrea Donovan, Bill Harbort, Wendy Kimble, Linda Olson, Doug Pfliger, Walter Piehl, Ryan Stander, and Avis Veikley.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. It will be on view through March 31. Parking in MSU lots is unrestricted after 4:30 p.m.

The Minot State University Percussion Ensemble and MSU Tuba Euphonium Quartet

The Minot State University Percussion Ensemble and MSU Tuba Euphonium Quartet will share the stage in a concert Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in Ann Nicole Nelson Hall, Minot State University. 

Tuba Euphonium Quartet will present selections by John Mouret, John Stevens, and Johann Strauss, as well as a Todd Hill arrangement of the traditional tune “Shenandoah.”

 The Percussion Ensemble will perform works by W. A. Mozart, Christopher Tucker, Dave Hall, Eric Petrinowitsch, and Owen Condon.

Northwest Art Center Lecture Series - A Bold Peace

Williston State College Student Art Show

 The James Memorial Art Center is proud to present the “Williston State College Student Art Show” February 5-29.  A reception for the artists will be held Friday February 5th from 7-9 pm at the James.  The reception is free and open to the public.  The James Memorial Art Center is located at 621 First Avenue Westin Williston.
