The Bismarck Library Foundation, Inc. invites you to join them for The Art of Books. An evening of friendship, food, fun, trivia and art. The event takes place at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library at 515 N 5th Street from 7-9pm.
The Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra 39th season, "Romance and Rhapsody" continues on Saturday, April 18 at 7:30 PM with our last series concert of the 2014/2015 season. Our guest artist, Russell Hancock will be joining the BMSO in George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. Rhapsody in Blue is a 1924 musical composition by American composer George Gershwin for solo piano and jazz band, which combines elements of classical music with jazz-influenced effects. The BMSO will be performing Mozart’s Symphony No.
The Dakota Woodturners present Woodturning Symposium Instant Gallery. Free and open to the public. See woodturned items from nationally recognized woodturners including Alan Lacer, Nick Cook and Ron Day.

OTA, a network for the region’s creative class, will host OTA15: Bismarck on April 24, 2015, at the Belle Mehus Auditorium in downtown Bismarck. Now in its sixth year, OTA serves as a creative collaborative offering extraordinary experiences and engagements that educate, empower, and serve as catalysts for creative community-builders and change agents to improve the lives of all people living in South DakOTA, North DakOTA, and MinnesOTA.
