Annual Visual Art Faculty Exhibition, March 15 - April 15, 2016 in the Gannon Gallery located in the LEA Hall. There will be a reception Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in the Gannon Gallery. This is a mixed media exhibit which features artwork produced by Bismarck State College Visual Art Faculty.
The Mind's Eye Art Gallery at Dickinson State University presents DSU Student Art Show. There will be paintings, drawings, ceramics by DSU Students. Art show will go March 4 - 31, 2016. When Delta Nu’s president Elle Woods gets dumped, she digs in, determined to win her boyfriend back. Bismarck State College Theatre presents the perfectly pink story of Elle Woods, her transformation at Harvard Law, and what happens when she stays true to herself. Performances are April 6-10 at 7:30 p.m. with a closing matinee Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in BSC’s Sidney J. Lee Auditorium. Admission: $12 adults ($5 with BSC I.D.).
BISMARCK – The free lecture series, “A Vision of the Village: The Double Ditch Cyclorama,” featuring presentations about the large Double Ditch painting (cyclorama) on exhibit at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum, continues on Saturday, March 12, at 2 p.m.
Choreographers’ Showcase, a staple of the Bismarck arts community, is celebrating ten years of innovation and versatility. In honor of this milestone, Northern Plains Dance is
restaging favorite pieces from the first nine years, highlighting the unique styles and expertise of choreographers whose work has graced the stage with cutting-edge creations for the last decade. Dance, art, and music collide to make their visions come to life once again as we commemorate the past and look forward to the future.
