Teacher Incentive

The Teacher Incentive program is a means of providing financial assistance to teachers who wish to explore new and creative ways of incorporating the arts into the non-arts curriculum of a classroom. Projects may involve the visual arts, poetry/fiction writing, performing arts, architecture, folk arts, or any combination of artistic disciplines.

  • Maximum Grant: $300, No match is required. 
  • Deadline Dates

April 1 (for projects occurring between July 1 and June 30 of the upcoming school year)

November 1 (for projects occurring between January 1 and June 30 of that school year)

How to Apply:

  1. Thoroughly review the Teacher Incentive guidelines and general NDCA guidelines.
     
  2. Complete the application through NDCA's new online grant system available at: http://northdakota.cgweb.org, review the application instructions and enter your profile information, if you have not yet done so (you only need to enter your profile information one time). Then click on "Current Programs & Applications" to access the Professional Development grant.
     
  3. Mail the required materials by the postmark deadline date to:
    (Be sure to mail in your signed "Grant Application/Profile" page along with any Support Materials you are unable to upload.)
