Founder of Mary Noel's School of Dance (1983), where she is an instructor, director and owner. There are approximately 135 students per year in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz.

She has choreographed over twenty theatre productions, as well as being credited with 12 productions for Impressions Dance Company. 

She has also participated in national dance competitions for dance school and company since 1995. Winning Grand Champion Award-Dance Olympus 2001, Best Choreography-International Dance Challenge 2002, 2003.
