North Dakota Horizons Magazine's Featured "ARTicles"

Since 2003, the North Dakota Council for the Arts has partnered with North Dakota Horizons magazine to present feature stories about community arts programs across the state.  The articles illustrate each community’s creative people and the programs that enhance the area’s quality of life.
